I don't know what the heck is wrong with my belly. But I really wanna munch something every second, every moment and everytime.
Crazy isn't it?
Really, i thought it was a normal munching habit but boy i was wrong.
Yeah, besides crazy it's also moneywasting 
and besides moneywasting it's also weightincreasing
For you out there who maybe is having similar problem, here some tips (i should try it one too, havent tried ![]()

), esp for those who live in a dorm or rented room or sort of, living faraway from parents
First is, Stock fruits in your room
Save room in your budget for them
Second, you can munch a stick of celery.
Hehe, i haven't tried, so i don't know the taste. But I thought maybe you don't like the celery so the munching will stop (hopefully. and btw it makes me![]()
wondering, why don't you try to munch 'mengkudu'. You'll undoubtly stop munching but don't forget prepare some plastic bags to vomit)
Third, many other options for you to munch.
almonds, cucumber, sunflower seeds -koaci-, and other veggies are acceptable
Four, Fasting.
It really works. No food at all.
Five, drink much water.
Not for those lazy bumps who are even lazy to go to the bathroom
Six, get some distractions.
Like playing game, or doing something need focus and you can totally have fun.
